Hi, I’m looking for a localised render repair on my property in Whyteleafe. I have a few cracks in the exterior cement render, and water is coming in around the window sills when it rains. I do NOT need the whole wall or house re-rendered — just targeted repairs. Could you please provide a quote for: 1. Raking out and repairing cracks in the existing cement render using a flexible exterior filler or polymer-modified repair mortar. 2. Re-sealing around the affected window frames/sills with a high-quality exterior MS-polymer sealant. 3. Spot-painting the repaired areas only to match the existing finish. 4. Confirming what materials you use for crack repair and sealing. 5. Whether the quote includes labour, materials, and any access equipment (it’s a ground floor/first floor property, so scaffolding shouldn’t be needed). We have a small section of outdoor wall that needs rendering and outdoor painting done

The front of the house is bottom half brick and top half painted cream/magnolia. The painted half is peeling and flaking and needs to be possibly rendered and painted or just repainted. Not sure on typical cost so this is negotiable.

We have 3 high walls around our garden that need to be rendered, ideally monocouche, or certainly professionally done so that they last. The largest wall is 300cm high and 560cm wide, the other two a bit less.
