Building a pc with: asus maximus z790 hero motherboard, NVIDIA rtx 4090, cosrair power supply, fan, cpu cooling and case, i9 14900ks 14th gen. Having issues with booting the pc up for first time, doesn’t display bios, check all plug connections

I just finish building my new pc but the pc will not start. I have power going into the psu then into the motherboard but it will not turn on. Also only one light of out of 6 fans come on.

He said the GPU was broke because he couldn’t get it powered, it wasn’t I had to drive 3 hours the next day to the shop I bought I from for the owner to plug the correct wires in and It worked instantly He nearly snapped the riser with a screwdriver for trying to remove the gpu wrong (5090), and when we needed to remove again he asked me to do it in case it breaks, he had zero knowledge on high end pc builds, £7500 build, BE CAREFUL PLEASE!

Pc is built. When we try to connect to the monitor it says no signal. We know the problem is not the hdmi cable. On the motherboard there is a light indicating a problem with the dram. We’ve tried all combinations without success, pc won’t boot. Dram is brand new out of the packet. Everything else seems to be working.
