New navien boiler with nest system was installed around 2 years ago but has never worked properly. Radiators are very hot even when Nest claims not to be able heating. Some radiators don't work at all. Boiler sometimes depressurises. Looking for a highly experienced heating engineer who can try to get the system working more efficiently.

We’ve had a Nest system installed for around four years now, but unfortunately, it has never worked quite as well as we’d hoped. Despite repeated reassurance from our original plumber that everything is functioning correctly, we continue to face a number of issues: We frequently run out of hot water, especially in the mornings. The heating seems unpredictable - sometimes coming on at odd times and at other times not at all. Our energy bills are unusually high compared to similar households, and we suspect this may be due to a fault or inefficiency within the smart system. At this point, we’d really like to have a technician or plumber with solid experience working with Nest systems come and assess our setup. My Nest Generation 3 thermostat isn’t charging via its base or USB cable. The screen is black, and a small red light blinks. I suspect the internal battery needs replacement.
