We’ve had a Nest system installed for around four years now, but unfortunately, it has never worked quite as well as we’d hoped. Despite repeated reassurance from our original plumber that everything is functioning correctly, we continue to face a number of issues: We frequently run out of hot water, especially in the mornings. The heating seems unpredictable - sometimes coming on at odd times and at other times not at all. Our energy bills are unusually high compared to similar households, and we suspect this may be due to a fault or inefficiency within the smart system. At this point, we’d really like to have a technician or plumber with solid experience working with Nest systems come and assess our setup. We’re looking for a quote for a full review and diagnosis, to ensure the system is installed and operating as it should be. I look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes, Josh
