Find a professional motorcycle mechanic in London

One wire has cut in the door wiring loom of my Honda Civic (between the car body and the door). I can’t reach the plug side from the car. Looking for someone with auto-electrical or mechanic experience to come round and repair it properly (solder/heat-shrink or crimp, not just tape).

Keeway Blueshark Electric moped no longer turning on/immobilising. It can be started in safe mode where the wheels turn but lights and screen don’t turn on. Potentially need an electrician with some knowledge of vehicle repair.
