I have a simple door knob on my bedroom door and I am looking to replace it with a very similar door knob with a lock (it’s a deadbolt latch). I already bought it and this would require to create a few more holes to fit the new one on the door. The lock body is a little bit wider as well so would require a slightly larger hole to fit it. It’s like a hotel lock so everything is part of the same mechanism.
