I need to replace a fire alarm battery - it is on the ceiling so need a handyman to reach it

I have 3 possibly four cameras that need to be network wired (POE) and attached to the soffits on my lofts. All cabling and holes are present and I can do the setup etc. Photo shows two of the points - there is another round the front.

1. A wireless outdoor security camera to be fitted on the wall outside the property 2. A curtain pole to be fitted on a bedroom window

I want to fix my leaking tap and my Nest thermostat too, the connection went offline on the app and I can’t connect it anymore, I’ve tried to trouble shoot via online guidance but haven’t managed

I don’t know how to open and change my fire alarm batteries (I have 2).. Please change it. Please include the cost of the new batteries. I don’t know what battery is needed but there is a local Screwfix and tool station here. Car recommended

I have the following that needs addressing; Blocked bathroom sink Architrave (removed by tenant) around door requires hard as nails 2 small bedroom carpets to be taken out - bins under the flat. 1 electric hob (supplied) 1 electric oven to be installed.(supplied) Hard wired fire alarm needs fitting (supplied) Property was wrecked and abandoned.
