Please also see attached Photos:- 1) Carpet in living room is pulling away from the side, nails showing. Either pull the carpet and bring it under metal strip or Install a new Wider strip. Any other idea or suggestions are welcome. 2) Extractor fan in kitchen is vibrating and making a loud noise. Find out why its making loud noise. Remove anything stuck inside the extractor fan. Tighten it. Ideas or suggestions welcome. 3) Under floor heating in kitchen not working and temperature cannot be adjusted, sensor and thermostat appears to be unplugged. Have a look and find out the reason. If possible fix it. 4) Bathroom exhaust fan (small) is not working. May need replacing. 5) Window handle mechanism is broken. May need to replace the window handle. - Due date: Flexible
