Upon setting it up according to the user guide, the unit immediately displays an “EF” error code* on the screen. An emergency plumber visited last week and gave this report. Please give me a quotation to carry out thsse works :) Called out to investigate issue with system not operating correctly. - Upon further investigation, found that the heating expansion vessel had failed, causing the system to discharge when topped up. - The failure is due to debris build-up within the heating system, corroding the inside workings of the expansion vessel. - Also found that the combination valve to the unvented cylinder has failed and is discharging through the tundish. - A new expansion vessel, new combination valve, and a powerflush will need to be carried out to get the system operational once again.
