I have a singer sewing machine, the issue seems to be with the bobbin, when I try to wind thread onto it as normal, it winds very unevenly which then doesn’t allow me to perform a straight stitch. I have tried new bobbins but still the same issue.

sewing machine not picking up thread

My sewing machine has been knocked out of timing and the needle is jamming with the bobbin undercarriage when the wheel is turned or presser foot is pushed.

I need 8 x v simple curtain panels to be made out of a silver stretch jersey as pictured, fabric has already been purchased. The dimensions to be 1.5m wide (the natural width of the fabric) .x 2.15m high, with stitching all around to tidy it and a fold over to thread the pole through. I know curtains aren’t usually made out of stretch jersey, but a simple stitch/overlock will do. I understand because of the stretch nature of the fabric it may not be perfect.

I need to sew 2x 3M led strip with a sewing edge to a fur coat, doesn't need to be a delicate job. This is for a festival I did it last year with safety pins
