It is a Euro style lock with a latch system on front door. When I shut the door the latch enables and then I can lock it twice by rotating further. I installed the retrofit smart lock myself, but it isn’t doing what is intended. I think we might need to change the locking system.

Door is the back door of the house. Its a upvc door. The key is broken in the lock and the door is locked. I have tried removing the key with locksmith tools however ley is jammed in there. I have then tried to break the barrel and open the door that way but that also didnt work. I would like the door to be opened and a new lock replacement
