The old style handles are already removed. The pictures are so you have an idea of the door. The job includes Fitting a new 64mm keyed sash mortice lock (I will buy this) Drilling a new keyhole through the door Drilling/adjusting the spindle hole if needed Installing the new handle set (photo included) Fitting the strike plate to the door frame Making sure the lock and key work smoothly Door is a standard UK internal door (photos attached). Install Yale PBS1 lock on street door: Lock has been bought and partly fitted but it needs a mortice slot chiseled out of the frame and/or door. Repair splintered frame on internal door: Needs a small section of the door frame cut out, a new piece of wood of correct size for the hole glued in, filling, sanding, and the strike plate re-fitted. I have the lock.

I have a KeySafe C500 Pro safebox that i need installed next to my door on the street level. i'm not sure what the exterior material is but i think its brick. I would like to have a lock installed on 1 bedroom door so I can lock it from the outside. This is so the room can be locked and kept private while I Airbnb the spare room and flat. The current door handle is round and if easiest to put a lock on this then good. Or install a lever handle as per my other rooms but with a lock. The lock has already been installed, but the door is unlocking when it should stay locked, so I need someone who understands both the mechanical fitting and the smart lock setup/configuration to properly diagnose and fix the issue. I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys.
