I need a professional locksmith or shopfront door specialist to replace a faulty concealed door closer on a commercial aluminium glass door. The Issue: The door is a self-closing shop front door. It is currently not closing all the way (loses tension). The top pivot plate is loose/hanging (see photos). The hardware is identified as an Axim HC-88.
