Install Yale PBS1 lock on street door: Lock has been bought and partly fitted but it needs a mortice slot chiseled out of the frame and/or door. Repair splintered frame on internal door: Needs a small section of the door frame cut out, a new piece of wood of correct size for the hole glued in, filling, sanding, and the strike plate re-fitted. I have the lock.

I have a KeySafe C500 Pro safebox that i need installed next to my door on the street level. i'm not sure what the exterior material is but i think its brick. I need someone experienced with smart/electronic door locks to inspect and fix a newly installed Splenssy / Tuya smart door lock at my property in IG11 today. The lock has already been installed, but the door is unlocking when it should stay locked, so I need someone who understands both the mechanical fitting and the smart lock setup/configuration to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Please only respond if you have experience with: • smart keypad / fingerprint door locks • lock alignment / fitting issues • latch or deadbolt problems • Tuya-style smart lock setup if needed Please bring your own tools.

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each.
