URGENT Experienced English speaking Endocrinologist to review Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Colitis Patient Questionnaire Needed to do this ASAP meaning within the week preferably, remotely. Looking for a native English speaking, Australian clinician - (can be nurse GP or specialist) to go through a questionnaire ASAP to check for Australian Medical terminology. The task is to complete a change-log showing any changes required to make the translation suitable for Australian patients ensuring it is using Australian Medical terminology. The document is around 700 words long. To be eligible for the project you need to be a native English speaking Australian citizen, who is a qualified clinician with at least 5 years experience treating patients and some with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome patients. I am seeking a contractor with ESSENTIAL and PROVEN experience in Flowlogic form building and Flowlogic automations to build and optimise a series of forms for an NDIS disability support provider. ⚠️ Flowlogic experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please do not apply if you do not have direct, hands-on experience working inside Flowlogic. This is not a basic form-building task. The work involves complex conditional logic, support-specific pathways, and automations, and accuracy is critical due to the clinical and compliance-based nature of the documentation. Scope of work includes: • Building structured forms directly in Flowlogic • Creating conditional logic, including: • Showing additional fields when a “Yes” response is selected • Displaying entire sections only when specific supports are chosen (e.g. colostomy care) • Ensuring questions and sections only appear when relevant to selected supports • Building Flowlogic automations and workflows triggered by form responses, risk indicators, or selected supports • Testing all logic paths and automations thoroughly • Fixing any logic or automation errors • Providing a brief handover (written instructions or short Loom video) so forms can be edited or duplicated in future ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrated experience with Flowlogic form building AND Flowlogic automations • Strong experience with conditional logic and workflows • High attention to detail • Comfortable working with disability and clinical documentation ❌ Experience with Google Forms, Jotform, Typeform, or similar platforms does not qualify for this task. Please include a brief description or examples of previous Flowlogic work when applying. Budget reflects the complexity and required expertise.
