The balcony of my flat has wooden features such as: Handrails and wooden floor. This flat is 11 years old and the wooden features need a bit of sanding work and put a new paint coat. We have a little leak from the radiator where it attaches to the pipe (see picture) and we need to replace its radiator valve and another radiator valve too. I need these two new valves to be good quality, metal construction and they have to be compatible with the smart valves i’m gonna install onto them, see picture for size of the thread.
