I am in the process of moving in a flat and l am looking for an experienced flooring installer to help with removing existing flooring and installing new flooring in my flat. **Scope of work:** * Remove carpet from two rooms * Remove existing flooring from hallway * Dispose of all removed materials * Install new flooring across two rooms and hallway (approx. 40 m2 total) * Ensure flooring is properly fitted, level, and finished around edges/doorways * You need to have your own tools and van to remove the rubbish, but I will supply floor that you will need to cut/trim. I have an electric box on the wall which i would like to have boxed in (covered) but still accessible. I would prefer wood but i am not particular as i want it covered for safety reasons. If a carpenter was able to expand on the case and possibly find a way to add in storage id be open to suggestions. The total width is 70cm, height 38cm, and depth 11cm. It is against a partition wall which feels solid. Please see pictures attached. I am located in a flat so would prefer late morning or afternoon hours for any work to be done due to the potential disturbance of any drilling.
