Five damaged hopscotch style timber casement windows (sashes) require repair. Four are chewed beading. New beading needs to match existing. The fifth is a little more of a mess. Happy to suggest filler on it as the window doesn’t take much impact but open to other suggestions. The windows are about 12 years old. Can drop off / pick up in Brisbane. Painting not required.

Hi, I need an inspection and written damage report l Two TVs were damaged during a moving incident when the larger TV fell. TVs involved: • Sony XR-85X95K – 85″ BRAVIA Mini-LED • Kogan Q98G – 50″ QLED 4K 144Hz Smart AI Google TV I require a written assessment stating if the TVs are beyond economical repair, including: • Brand and model numbers • Description of damage • Estimated repair cost • Statement that the TVs are beyond economical repair (BER) if applicable • Business name and ABN on the report For the Sony XR-85X95K, please list the current equivalent replacement model as the Sony BRAVIA 9 (85"), as this is the closest equivalent specification (Mini-LED flagship). The BRAVIA 7 is not equivalent, so the BRAVIA 9 should be referenced as the replacement model. Please advise the cost for inspection and issuing the written report.
