We have recently installed Go-High Level (GHL) for our cleaning business and after someone to train me on how to use this and to set it up to work best for our cleaning business. We have already somewhat set it up, but I want to ensure all the settings are right and that we are maximising the way we use the platform as it seems a little overwhelming to me. If possible, I would love to integrate Xero to the system, so that it could put the 'quotes' we do in Xero directly to GHL. It would be good to integrate emails too so that I could forward enquiries (that don't come from our contact from to GHL and it could create contact etc). I would also like to know if tasks can be autogenerated for each new opportunity - rather than manually adding them as we have done till now Finally, if someone could bulk add all existing opportunities from a sheet to GHL (approximately 100) that would be amazing too. These just have a clients name though and no other contact details. Even if that could be just put into GHL would help us track rather than a need to rely on a google sheet This training can occur via Zoom or Google Meets.

My Mac keeps freezing and apps won’t open because of what looks like an iCloud issue. I’ve tried turning iCloud off but it’s not working. I want someone to: • Fix whatever is causing the freezing • Ensure everything on my computer is saved and nothing is lost • Get iCloud syncing/backup issues sorted or fixed • Help me make sure my files are accessible again I’m looking for remote support (screen share via Zoom / TeamViewer etc) at a low cost.
