We are having our Vietnamese wedding tea ceremony in Greenwich and need 2 reliable, efficient assistants to help keep things running smoothly. The event is relaxed so we don't need formal silver-service waiting staff, just easy going, proactive helpers who can keep on top of tasks. No. guests: 50 approx Time required: Around 4 hrs, from 10am-2pm Helpers required: Ideally 2 - Helping with initial party setup, putting food in ovens, and putting out food presentation platters. - Topping up drinks, opening bottles, and ensuring guests are looked after. - Managing the kitchen area, loading the dishwasher, and keeping the space tidy throughout the party.

Event waiting staff needed – private wedding, Welwyn Garden City – Saturday 25th July 2026 We’re looking for two or three friendly, reliable people to help with front of house at a private Hindu wedding at a home in Welwyn Garden City. The event is relaxed and intimate, with around 60 guests. Food is a curry buffet, so the role is mainly about keeping things running smoothly, clearing plates, topping up drinks, and making sure guests are looked after throughout the evening. What we need: Hours: approximately 3pm to 9pm (6 hours) Smart casual dress, all black preferred Punctual, presentable, and comfortable working at a private home event Experience serving at events is helpful but not essential if you’re confident and willing A bit about the day: Guests arrive at 3pm for welcome drinks. The ceremony runs from 4pm to 6pm, followed by a buffet dinner from around 6:15pm. The evening winds down around 9pm.

I need someone to help set up my wedding ceremony decor. As it's outside it cannot be done the night before like the indoor decor. Ideally someone in the wedding/event space already. Approximately 1.5-2hr task. May need to FaceTime me throughout as I will be getting ready for wedding. In-depth description -- I have already purchased all the decor myself so you would just need to set it up, some chair dressing, putting out aisle and altar florals. Creative eye. I will share images of example home set up but incase things don't work for any reason - e.g. wind, won't sit on their chairs correctly, doesn't look right etc - I need someone who can improvise a little. Florals will be pre-made. Chair set up will be simple draping with a bow and some little flowers for the end chairs. Note: if rain is forecasted this may not be needed
