Our 20-year-old personalised and custom-made product company has been on Shopify for 9 years. The recent Shopify update no longer fits our business requirements. What's needed: 1) Shopify to WooCommerce migration, website replication (Kirana theme or similar), and setup ready to go live. 2) Data from existing Shopify order comments, including file attachments, exported and migrated (or saved in an easy-to-access, searchable format for future reference). 3) Manage the process to go live (must be done on a weekend) for the new site until the website is online, tested, and fully operational without errors. Required: > 8+ Plug-ins & extensions installed and configured > Set up theme (Kirana or similar) with our brand colours. > FAQ's and page template set up > Advise image specs for the website layout. > Ensure SEO and site speed are managed and preserved > Ensure best practice security is in place > Magic link password-free login for customers > Shipping & payments correctly configured > PDF Tax Invoice for customers' orders > Conversion & event tracking set up & tested (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Klaviyo) > Schema markup, reviews plug-in & email marketing plug ins > Site back-up management > Basic training for WooCommerce admin panel if needed, so orders can be processed. Professional email/message communication is required for this task. Phone or video calls can be arranged to discuss the specifics of the task if required. Time frame: Flexible (weeks not months) One-off project, with a view to ongoing tasks, updates, and maintenance work.
