Hi there, I’m the founder of Charan Suites, a growing luxury short-term rental hosting brand based in Brisbane. We manage and operate curated, high-end apartments and are now looking to build a proper brand website that reflects a premium hospitality experience — not a basic Airbnb-style template. What we need: We are looking for a creative web designer/developer (ideally an individual, not a large agency) to work 1-on-1 with to design and build a luxury-feeling website. The website must: • Integrate with Hostaway (PMS) so guests can book directly through the site • Display our individual listings/properties • Include property photos and videos • Showcase the brand story and experience • Be mobile-first and visually premium • Allow for future property additions • Include an enquiry/contact system Creative Direction: We are building a luxury hospitality brand — minimal, clean, elegant, and modern. Aesthetic inspiration: Graya (high-end property developer style presentation). I am not looking for a cookie-cutter template site. I want someone who can: • bring creative input • show examples of past work • help craft the feel and experience of the brand online Who this is suited for: • Freelance web designer/developer • Someone creative who enjoys branding projects • Someone comfortable working collaboratively and long-term (this will grow as we scale) Please include: • Examples of previous websites you’ve built • What platform you recommend (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, etc.) • Whether you’ve worked with booking integrations or APIs before (especially Hostaway if possible) I’m hoping to find someone I can continue working with as the brand expands and more properties are added. I’m looking for an experienced Bubble developer with AI/API experience to help build a proof-of-concept web app. The goal is to test whether rough floor plan inputs (such as hand-drawn sketches or reference images) can be converted into clean, structured 2D floor plans automatically and very quickly. This is not a full production build — it’s a technical feasibility and workflow test. The scope includes a simple Bubble front end (upload form + result display), integration with an AI or image-to-layout approach of your choice, and a basic payment trigger (Stripe test mode is fine). Accuracy does not need to be perfect, but the output should resemble a usable, presentation-style floor plan and demonstrate that the process can be automated end-to-end. You should be able to explain the limitations, expected speed, and what would be required to make it production-ready later. The app must be built in your own Bubble account and transferred or shared on completion. Please only apply if you have real experience with Bubble and AI/image processing APIs, and include examples or brief explanations of similar work you’ve done.
