I am looking for a qualified professional to repair a leaking shower in my bathroom. The job involves two main components: a full specialist reseal (without removing tiles) and the replacement of the shower trap. Scope of Work: 1. Inspection & Testing: Visually inspect the shower for defects and perform a pressure/plumbing test to confirm the source of the leak. 2. Surface Preparation: Remove all old silicone and degraded grout from the shower floor and wall junctions. 3. Sealing & Re-grouting: • Use specialist tools to prepare junctions. • Apply high-quality, mould-resistant sealant (Epoxy grout preferred for base junctions). • Re-point joints where necessary. 4. Shower Trap Replacement: Replace the existing shower trap with a new one. (Please advise if you need to access this via the ceiling below or by removing a floor tile). 5. Minor Tile Repair: If any minor cracked tiles are found during the process, replace them (I can provide the spare tiles). Requirements: • Must have experience in "No Tile Removal" leak repairs. • Must be a Licensed Plumber (required for the trap replacement). • Please provide a warranty for the sealing work. • Must bring all necessary tools and specialized sealing materials.

1st Task - in Ferntree Gully - in powder room there was a leak we got the leak fixed and tiles replaced by floating board. Tenants are complaining of smell. Need plumber to take off the toilet seat, take off floating board, check the timber floor if it’s fine, sand and dry it and out the floating boards and seat back. Also do seat caulking in end. Photo attached 2nd Task - Belgrave - in an office space on ground floor water is leaking roof or gutter into ceiling board. Need to check the leakage, fix it and also replace the ceiling board. Hi, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to inspect the plumbing in two first-floor bathrooms. Both bathrooms recently had water leakage, and we’ve discovered that no waterproofing was done by the builder. We are currently getting waterproofing done by a tiler, and before proceeding further, we need a plumber to: • Check if there are any leaking or damaged pipes in both bathrooms • Pressure test / inspect pipes if required • Identify any plumbing issues that may have caused the leakage • Unblock a bathroom sink (currently blocked) This is mainly an inspection and diagnosis job, with advice on repairs needed (if any).
