Experienced Plumber / Bathroom Tradesperson Needed – Bromley-by-Bow, E3 I’m looking for a highly experienced and reliable tradesperson to repair a leaking waste pipe beneath my bath and restore my bathroom to its original condition. A professional trace and access investigation has already been carried out by T Brown, who identified a slit in the waste pipe. The hard part of locating the leak has already been done. Work required: * Carefully remove additional tiles to access the damaged pipe. * Remove the bath without causing damage. * Repair or replace the waste pipe and ensure the leak is resolved. * Reinstall the bath securely and correctly. * Replace and realign the original tiles to a pristine, professional finish. T Brown removed the existing tiles without cracking any, so I’d expect the same care. I also have a spare box of matching tiles if needed. The tradesperson who located the leak suggested the work could take approximately half a day, although I appreciate this depends on what’s involved. Unfortunately, I’ve had disappointing experiences with previous tradespeople. I’m not looking for cowboys or anyone inexperienced. I need someone genuinely skilled in plumbing, bath removal/reinstallation and tiling, with excellent attention to detail. There has also been water damage to the wooden flooring in my property and the neighbouring flat, but my immediate priority is repairing the leak and restoring the bathroom. Please see attached photos. I’m based in Bromley-by-Bow, E3, five minutes’ walk from the station. I’m a school teacher and off work all next week for half-term, so I’m very flexible and would ideally like the work completed then. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience and credentials. Examples of similar work would be appreciated. Thank you.

Kitchen sink is not draining. There is a food-waste disposer under the sink. The splash baffle / stopper is not in place. Glass table top is off the chrome pedestal. Front door cabin hook keep has come off the frame. Bathroom cabinet door will not hold shut. The magnetic closer magnet is off the pin (the magnetic plate bit was originally glued to the cabinet but the adhesive wore off - the other cabinet they simply drilled/screwed it back in place)

Handy Man Needed – Fix Constantly Running Toilet (Budget £100) I need a handy man to fix a leaking toilet in my upstairs bathroom in Wembley. Water is continuously running inside the toilet, even when it's not being used, and it's causing my water bills to become extremely high. I have a video showing the problem, which I can share. What I need: - Identify exactly what's causing the water to run continuously. - Repair or replace the faulty part (possibly the flush valve, inlet valve or seal). - Make sure the water stops running completely when the toilet isn't being flushed. - Test the toilet properly after the repair to confirm the leak is fixed. Budget: £100 for labour. I will pay separately for any replacement parts required. Please let me know what parts are needed before purchasing anything. Ideally, I'd like someone to come today or as soon as possible, as the leak is wasting a lot of water. Please only make an offer if you have experience repairing toilet cisterns and can complete the job properly. Location: Wembley, London.

Porcelanosa/Noken panel with three knobs, see photos. Knobs have become very tight, difficult to turn. Knobs not held in with screws. I think model number is 100140559, The diverter handle has become very stiff and the bath flow control is also quite stiff, although both still work. I suspect the diverter and flow cartridges need servicing or replacement. I have bought new cartridges should they need to be replaced.

Hi, I have a shower tray that was installed directly on the floor, and I suspect it wasn't done correctly. I am experiencing bad smells coming from the drain and I am worried about water leaks underneath. I need someone to inspect the plumbing connection to check if the waste trap is working correctly or if there is a double-trap issue. I also need to verify if the tray was properly sealed with flexible adhesive and if a waterproofing membrane was used underneath. You might need to lift the tray to fix the seals and the drainage. I didn’t know what to put in the price so is obviously negotiable
