So it’s a grate shower drain that isn’t blocked or dirty from what we can see. Have used Drano and other products enzyme drain cleaner but still after showers you get a drain smell like rotten eggs that takes quite a bit to settle but it eventually does but then is reactivated by the shower. In pictures provided the whole drain doesn’t have a pipe connected only a small drain pipe at the very right hand side doesn’t look blocked or dirty. Have cleaned it thoroughly using a pressure cleaner. It didn’t help.

We are selling our house in Acacia Ridge. We had a building inspection done today and the inspector found a small leak under the house as well as a previous dodgy plumbing job. We need a qualified plumber to fix the small leak and install a suitable pvc pipe to connect the bathroom waste (it’s currently a coke bottle & tape). The leak is only coming from the elbow pictured so should be a very simple fix. I estimate the whole job would only take 30-45 minutes and require minimal supplies. There is easy access to the pipes under the house. You must be a qualified plumber who can issue an invoice for the job as well as provide photos as proof of repair so that we can have it removed from the building inspection report. The job must be done by COB Friday.
