Our bathroom mixer tab is broken and we believe it is the source of a leak down to ground floor. The mixer tap may need to be replaced which we are prepared to do but we would like a qualified plumber to assess the situation and help us fix it. We also have spare bathroom tiles should we need to go down that route. We would like this to be fixed as soon as possible as the leak is getting worse. Thanks in advance.

I want to install 2 toilet sprays, for which i have all the supplies required. I have identified the water supply for where the hoses will be connected. For this we need a bathroom tile under the sink to be removed, a hole cut through it for the pipe to come out, and then reinstalled.

Hi there, I need someone to remove my old bathroom vanity unit, sink and tap and install a new one and make sure all the pipes are connected and working. I believe some cut outs are required to the new vanity unit to fit the pipes. I would like this to be done as neatly as possible and to keep as much of the shelving as possible. Seeking second opinion / investigation into foul odour and staining in bathroom coming up from floor in cupboard following recent bathroom installation. Since a new bathroom was installed, a strong sewage/manure-type smell has developed in the adjacent cupboard containing pipework. I need help finding a wall mounted vanity unit and fitting it along with the tap (i have already bought a tap). Also the new shower valve that has been fitted made the water pressure drop, please look into this as well as the new shower frame is leaking in two corners please refer to the pictures. I need a plumber to fix a recurring issue with my bathroom basin waste pipe. The chrome vertical pipe keeps slipping out of the trap (U-bend). I’ve reconnected it before, but after a few weeks it comes loose again. It currently seems unstable and may not be properly supported or fitted. What needs doing: Inspect the chrome basin waste and trap connection Fix or replace the compression fitting (nut/washer) so it holds securely Check if the pipe length/alignment is incorrect Add proper support if needed (to prevent the pipe dropping under its own weight)
