We are looking for help with two things: (1) install a new ikea kitchen tap and remove and disposal of the old one. (2) help diagnose and fix bathroom extractor (either needs cleaning or replacement — if it needs replacing we will have a new one on hand). Looking for someone experienced with plumbing and bathroom extractor/electrical replacement. Please confirm whether you can safely install kitchen tap, and for the bathroom extractor, you can isolate power and replace a mains bathroom fan. Parking/access details can be discussed.

Yes see attached below the break. The unit is a Grohe 118323 Cosmo Shower System. Seems like the mechanism in the wall got knocked off as you can see a piece got stuck in the handle. I think its the wall mechanism that needs to be replaced, from quick research seems as though its the GROHE Aquadimmer Chrome 47364000 (available on Amazon which I can order).

Hot water pressure is not working in the upstairs shower and downstairs sink. It works sink upstairs and bath sink. If hotter does come out, it is impossible to regulate, so shower is either extremely cold or extremely hot. I am aware I may need a new pump but I will get this on your advice. i live in a 1960s ex council estate in limehouse. apartment newly refurbed and new water pump added to mains but the shower doesn't work (only cold water, but as soon as hot water is added, if I raise the shower head above 40cm height it stops running). It's a gravity-led system. My old plumber got me a pump, it never really worked very well. He's no longer contactable. We can't afford a whole new system nor can we break the wall in the bathroom where the pipes are. I am looking for a plumber to help me find a solution to this issue, advise on a new pump and install it if needed.

Need help disconnecting my existing washing machine and connecting a replacement washing machine in my flat in Walthamstow (E17). Scope of work: • Disconnect existing washing machine • Connect replacement washing machine to existing plumbing and power supply • Ensure machine is level and secure • Run a test cycle to check for leaks and confirm everything is working correctly The existing machine will remain in the property after disconnection, as I intend to sell it separately - if you are interested, it can be purchased for £100.
