Replace Solar Hot Water System with 315 L Electric Unit + Remove Old Solar Panels (West Mackay) Description: The existing solar-assisted electric hot-water system at my property in West Mackay (44 MacKenzie St) is leaking and needs complete replacement. A licensed plumber is required to: Disconnect and cap off the solar panel lines from the existing system. Remove and dispose of the old solar storage tank and solar panels (including safe roof removal and replacement of affected Colorbond sheets/flashings). Supply and install a new 315 L Thermann Electric Hot Water Unit (3.6 kW) or equivalent quality brand. Include all necessary fittings and valves: Duo valve Tempering valve (limit to 50 °C) Cold-water expansion valve Upgraded pipework, lagging, and brass fittings Polyslab or concrete base for the new unit Electrical disconnection/reconnection of the new unit (standard scope). Remove all waste and submit QBCC Form 4 on completion. Requirements: QBCC-licensed plumber + electrician (or team) Must provide itemised invoice and compliance certificate Must dispose of old tank and solar panels responsibly All work to meet current Australian Plumbing & Electrical Standards Notes: Access available via driveway side of house System currently leaks to road (urgent job) Power and water available on site Budget: Approx. $2500 inc GST (materials + labour + disposal + compliance). Please include your total fixed price and expected completion time.

We would like to install a extra toilet in the laundry. Pipes from current toilet are in the wall in between powder room and laundry. Will need to remove laundry tub and replace with basin and vanity in the laundry room. In bathroom, we will need to move rje current basin slightly to the left and remove/ install new vanity. Replace bath spout with a dual spout to add a shower head.
