I have a blocked laundry drain. My internal laundry drains slowly and the external drain outside the laundry overflows when water is running. The outside drain appears to have sand/debris in it so I suspect a blockage further down the pipe. Job required Inspect external drain Clear blockage (drain snake or high-pressure jetter preferred) Ensure water flows freely from laundry to main drain Also, Shower head leak. The shower head has a small leak. It may not have been reinstalled correctly after recent tiling work. It may just need resealing with thread tape or tightening. Access is easy and both areas are straightforward to reach. Parking available. Looking for someone experienced with drain clearing and general plumbing. Licensed plumber preferred or someone with proper drain equipment. Please include in your reply: What equipment you will use for the drain Total price Your availability Anything else I need to know

Just need bathroom basin mixer tap removed. New tap already been bought. The nuts and bolts underneath the basin is rusty and tried to remove with a mixer spanner and wrench but unable to do so. Very tight space. WD40 has been applied as well. Price is only to post the task. Quote me in comments

Photos are of before demo, after demo and products to be used Job to be done Tuesday if possible or next week on Monday Plumber needed for rough in and fit off of bathroom renovation - drainage penetrations in the same area to be re used except for vanity waste, which needs to be moved into the wall as vanity is wall hung( access under floor is about 600mm) - layout is staying the same, - vanity has a bench top mixer( picture attached) - shower has a shower rail with head and hand shower(picture attached) with a mixes - wall faced toilet suite( not positive if we will be able to use the same waste opening but we will deal with that when roughing in just price as if using the same one

Looking for a handyman or plumber to install a simple outdoor shower next to an existing outdoor tap at my house. The tap is already installed and working. I’d like a basic outdoor shower setup installed that connects to the tap. Scope may include: • Installing a tap splitter if required • Mounting an outdoor shower head or shower stand • Connecting hose or pipe from the tap to the shower • Ensuring the setup is secure and working properly This is for an outdoor sauna area, so it only needs to be a simple rinse shower.
