Seeking expressions of interest for a bartender/waiter, dealer/croupier and any other skills you believe may be relevant to help me celebrate my 42nd birthday and buck's party (and yes, it is actually my birthday on this day!). The event will be at my apartment opposite Southern Cross Station in the CBD. You will be required to attend in the evening but we are open to negotiating your arrival/departure times. Bartender/waiter Requires basic bartending skills but bonus points if you can make a selection of cocktails. My favourites include negronis, espresso martinis (I have a preferred recipe which is easy to replicate) and G&Ts. As well as making drinks, you will be taking orders and delivering them to guests (as it's an apartment you won't have far to walk!). Dealer/croupier You do not need to be an experienced dealer/croupier but have reasonable knowledge of Texas hold 'em and an ability to help guests that are novices learn the game. We will only be playing for fun and bragging rights rather than actually 'gambling'. We also have a mahjong table (see pic) that can be repurposed for the game or our dining table can be used if more room is needed. Any other skills Have a skill or talent you think we might be interested in? Please share it with us and we will take it under consideration. Ideally, it would be great if the task could be undertaken by 2-3 friends who can rotate between the roles as desired but we will consider individuals with appropriate skills/experience. The budget is based on $50 per hour per person and assumes 3 people for 3 hours. The amount per hour and length of service can be negotiated. Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate relevant experience. Note - our dog, a medium Kelpie X, and cat will be present in the apartment.

Hi! We need 2 bartenders with waiter capabilities for a 120 person event in Leichhardt Town Hall this Saturday 21st Feb. Times would be 2pm-12am with breaks. We have 2 bartenders already but we need 2 extras as we have had people pull out.
