Hi! My name is Daniel, and I’ll be traveling to Edinburgh in September. I’m looking for someone to help with a small surprise picnic setup in Princes Street Gardens on September 9th. The plan is a simple but beautiful picnic setup for my girlfriend. I’m mainly looking for someone who can help set everything up that morning, make sure it looks nice, and take care of the picnic materials afterward so we don’t have to worry about anything once we wrap up. The picnic would need to be ready by approximately 8:00 AM, with us arriving around 8:00 AM. I can arrange to have all of the materials delivered to you beforehand (day before - on Sept. 8th), have them available for pickup, or reimburse you if it’s easier for you to purchase/pick up certain items yourself. I’m very flexible and happy to coordinate whatever is easiest. Nothing overly elaborate is required, although someone with a little creativity or an eye for presentation would be great. I’ll have inspiration/reference photos available so there will be plenty of direction, while still leaving some room for your own artistic touch. After setup, you’d just need to stay reasonably nearby until we’re finished (about 10:15AM) so the materials can be collected afterward. I’d also be more than happy to treat you to breakfast while you wait! Overall, I’m looking for a reliable and friendly person who would enjoy helping me pull off a special surprise. We can work out the details together informally and keep the whole process simple.
