Garage Door Lock Repair: Repair or replace a faulty garage door lock (door can be opened manually but cannot lock—needs to be secured properly). 4. Kitchen Faucet Replacement: Remove two old separate hot/cold faucets + install a new single-handle mixer tap. Note: Existing under-sink pipes may need cutting/adjusting (assessed on-site). 5. Range Hood Installation: Remove the old range hood + install a new ductless model (no venting required). 6. Backyard Awning Panel Replacement: Remove all damaged (holed) panels from the backyard awning and replace them with transparent ones. All costs include labor fees and material costs—specifically, the handy man shall be responsible for covering expenses such as glass panels and other auxiliary materials for window replacement, lock cylinder (if garage door lock repair requires replacement), window latch components, and materials for replacing the backyard awning.
