We need a barbell holder that needs to be wall mounted and holds 12 barbells (Ive attached a metal image for reference, the metal one only has 6 holders but we need 12). It needs to be a light oak colouring. Also the curves to hold the barbells are to be more organic than angular (see small sketch attached). Ive attached an image of the barbell for reference.

I need a small welding job on a motorcycle centre stand. I can drop to off and collect when done. One of the arms keeps bending when I put weight on the bike to kick start. I've straightened it a few times and now it appears to be cracking (see image where I've marked it in red). I need someone to run either a thick weld along the arm or weld a small piece of reinforcing plate to it. It is a vintage motorcycle so it needs to be a neat job.
