We're planning to build an elevated deck connecting our house and garage. Initial DWG drawings have been submitted and now additional info has been requested by Council. What we need: 1. Drawings to be more comprehensive 2. Elevations from all angles 3. A lot more dimensions on the plan - how far deck is from boundaries etc. 4. Plans drawn in context of buildings around - how proposed deck will impact neighbours' properties within 4-5m of deck / boundary Drawings to satisfy Bayside Council planning permit requirements, and I will supply all measurements, initial DWG drawings and detail as required.
