Hi, I need an experienced WHS/SWMS writer to create a SWMS from scratch inside Dashpivot for a live construction project. Project: Woodlands Golf Club – Driving Range & Halfway House Principal Contractor: Jardon Group Company: DiasGroupCo Pty Ltd (Concrete contractor) Reason: Our SWMS has been rejected due to: 1. Missing job steps (no reference to deliveries/unloading, formwork installation, reinforcement/steel fixing). 2. Residual risk ratings not acceptable. The current matrix wording implies HIGH residual risk can proceed with management approval, but Jardon requires risks to be reduced to an acceptable level (Low/Moderate). If risk remains High, works must not proceed. SWMS must include all work activities: • Site attendance, inductions, pre-starts, communications • Work zone set-up, exclusion zones, signage, housekeeping • Deliveries & unloading / laydown • Manual handling • Steel fixing / reinforcement installation (mesh, bars, chairs, dowels, tying) • Formwork installation / forming up / boxing / bracing • Concrete placing and finishing (pump/trucks, placing, screeding, vibrating, edging, finishing, trowel machine) • Stripping formwork and cleanup • Curing/protection, washout/slurry and environmental controls • Stop work triggers where controls can’t be maintained Deliverables: • 1 x completed SWMS in Dashpivot ready for Jardon approval • Optional: exported PDF copy Preferred: Experience with Australian construction SWMS and Dashpivot/Sitemate.
