We’re looking for an experienced handyman / deck specialist to prepare and stain two timber decks at our home. Scope of work: • Deck 1: approx. 90 sqm • Deck 2 (pool area): approx. 20 sqm • Clean and prep decks as required (light sanding / wash) • Apply timber stain (product can be discussed or supplied by you) Requirements: • Experience staining timber decks • Own tools and equipment • Careful, tidy work (especially around pool area) • Ability to advise on stain type and number of coats

Interior paining of Furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Full 2-3 coat repaint and moisture sealing of all walls, ceilings, and all trim. Similar light neutral colour. Painters to supply all paint and materials. Prep work required: as required patching, sanding, repairing minor cracks, and treating moisture-affected areas in the kitchen.
