Looking for someone to assist with simple co-ordination tasks on the day of elopement/wedding to make things run smoothy. Will be requied for a few hours from around 12-5PM. Tasks will include: - Transporting speakers & champagne glasses from Surry Hills to wedding venue (in CBD) - Setting up champagne bucket in ceremony room - Directing guests to ceremony room; - Playing music during ceremony (on speakers); - Serving champagne directly after ceremony; - Packing down speakers & champagne glasses and delivering them back to our home in Surry Hills - Tidying up any rose petals after ceremony (if used - may not be). - Ensuring table cards are set up at reception venue (restaurant in the CBD - TBC if this is required or not) - Other ad hoc tasks as may be needed on the day. Will need to arrange own transport (to collect items from Surry Hills and deliver to ceremony venue and restaurant, both in CBD).

Must be Sale, Victoria or Gippsland based. Prefer to work with females. I am starting an Instagram page and I need a profile photo taken and some more professional-style reels created and co-written that I can pin to the top of my feed. I would like video in local natural environments/hiking designations as well as some more professional style shots like working at a desk etc. I would also like to collaborate with someone who feels confident creating reels, both the story writing and the uploading. This could lead to ongoing work for the right person. I am looking for natural creativity with online media (with links to a Social Media/Instagram etc), an eye for angles, photography and knack for understanding the online viewer. It's our wedding reception on 17th May. Drinks and platters starts from 5pm. Most drinks are pre set on the tables. I need someone efficient and experienced who can help me look after the bar - to give away beers, soft drinks, juices and scotch. If you know a vodka cocktail or 2 that would be very handy (we can discuss further on this). Start time - 5pm Finish time - 11 pm You will be on your own at the bat, but the kitchen and catering staff will be just around you. Bonus: we have a great Indian buffet for dinner and happy for you to help yourself for dinner when the bar is quiet.
