Looking for someone reliable to help transport, set up, and pack down wedding ceremony items on 5 December 2026. Pickup: Sunbury (night before or early morning) Deliver to: Carlton Gardens (fountain lawn) Setup by: 12pm for guest arrival at 1pm Packdown: 4pm Items include: • 45 chairs • White carpet aisle runner • Floral arrangements (aisle + 2 arches) • 3m acrylic stage (2 pieces) • 4 large umbrellas • Large mirrored welcome sign • 4 tables (signing, bar, champagne tower) with drapage design table cloth After pack down of all items, florals to be taken to Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne and rearranged for reception setup. This is a fun, satirical fashion-themed event where guests will walk a red carpet on arrival, dressed in their most over-the-top outfits. Think paparazzi energy, dramatic poses and lots of personality. Expect a very social, lively and inclusive crowd who love a moment in front of the camera. Hosted by the water in a sailing club. Photography Schedule 7pm – 9pm • Paparazzi-style photos as guests arrive and walk the red carpet • Posed and candid shots of outfits and arrivals • Some quick direction for fun poses 9pm – 10pm • General party photos once the dance floor opens • Photos of guests enjoying the party • Photos of our drag queen performance About the Event Around 70 guests expected. Our group is loud, social and loves a moment, so we’re looking for someone confident enough to mingle with guests, suggest quick poses and capture the energy of the room.
