Event Server Needed – Waterloo, London I am looking for a friendly, confident and professional individual to assist at a private catering event on Thursday 19th June 2026. Time: 6:00pm – 8:30pm (may run slightly later) Location: Waterloo, London (a short walk from the station) Payment: £60 The role will involve: • Serving canapés and refreshments to guests throughout the event • Engaging politely and professionally with attendees • Answering basic questions about menu items and dietary requirements • Assisting with the smooth running of the event alongside the Nal’s Bakery team Requirements: • Must be aged 18+ • Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 certificate preferred • Smart presentation and excellent personal hygiene • Confident speaking with guests • Reliable, punctual and professional • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Uniform & Appearance: • A Nal’s Bakery uniform will be provided for the successful applicant • You will be required to provide your top size and trouser size in advance • Plain black trousers must be worn • Plain black trainers or shoes must be worn • No bright colours, logos or patterned footwear • Hair must be neat and presentable throughout the event Prior hospitality, events or catering experience would be beneficial. You will receive the full menu and event briefing before the event, including ingredient and allergen information. Guidance and training will also be provided in advance so you feel confident on the day. At Nal’s Bakery we value integrity, honesty, respect, passion and professionalism, and we are looking for someone who naturally reflects those values when interacting with guests. Please tell me a little about your experience when applying and confirm whether you hold a Food Safety & Hygiene certificate. I will be selecting someone by Sunday 14th June.

I have a room that needs decorating for my civil ceremony lunch one hour before the lunch. I have all the decor and it is purely a case of putting things in place and arranging. I have inspiration but I trust you to also have a good eye. It is a very small room and should take half an hour max. I need to hand you the things at 10.30 am and then you should be able to access the venue at 11am and leave it all ready and set up for us.
