Need to mount 85 inch TV to Wall. I already have a mount I just bought. It is a steel frame house. However, There is a Plywood Noggin provided by the builder to mount the TV. A stud finder will be needed to locate the noggin and steel studs and then the mount needs to fixed to noggin.

We need various areas around the house touched up with paint, some holes patched up and painted (removed old tv wall bracket etc), some timber framing in the garage removed off the wall, remove/dispose of chicken coop, remove/dispose of small amount of gravel/coal pile, paint toilet ceiling, fix holes in bedroom wardrobe shelf (pink room), paint ceiling man hole, paint 2 x doors that aren't painted. And a general tidy up around the garden including mowing and weeds.
