Hi, I’m have launching a mobile coffee business specialising in events such as weddings, parties, corporate functions and markets, and I’m looking for someone to help me with ongoing social media content and online marketing, not just a one-off setup. This role will start with setting up and optimising my online presence, then move into regular posting and content management for the right person. Initial setup tasks: • Set up or optimise Instagram & Facebook business pages • Create and optimise a Google Business Profile • Help list my business on event & wedding directories (e.g. Easy Weddings) • Write clear, professional bios, service descriptions and captions • Ensure consistent branding and messaging ⸻ Ongoing work (important): • Regular social media posting (Instagram + Facebook) • Creating simple content ideas (posts, reels, stories)google marketing • Posting event photos/videos I provide • Hashtag use and local targeting • Light engagement (comments, messages if agreed) I’m looking for someone I can work with long-term, ideally on a weekly or monthly basis, once the setup is complete. ⸻ What I’m looking for: • Experience with small businesses, hospitality, events or service-based brands • Strong social media understanding (especially Instagram) • Someone reliable and easy to communicate with • Ability to keep content simple, authentic and consistent • Bonus if you’ve worked with coffee businesses, food trucks or event vendors Please include: • Examples of similar social media pages you manage • Your suggested posting schedule • How you would structure ongoing support • Your weekly or monthly rate Happy to answer questions.
