Description: I am looking for someone experienced in WHS documentation to update and professionally format a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for my electrical and solar business. I already have an existing SWMS document (approx. 148 pages) which needs to be reviewed, cleaned up and modernised. The current document is too long and repetitive. Scope of work: • Review my existing SWMS document • Restructure it into a clear and professional format (approx. 40–60 pages) • Keep the same hierarchy structure (hazard → risk → control measures) • Remove duplicate or unnecessary sections • Improve readability and formatting • Ensure it looks professional for builders and WHS compliance The SWMS must cover the following work activities: • Solar PV installation (roof work, panel install, inverter installation) • Battery Energy Storage Systems (AS/NZS 5139 compliance) • EV charger installation • Electrical isolation and testing • Working at heights / ladder use • Manual handling • Transport of equipment • Site setup and hazard identification The document should include: • Risk assessment tables (job step / hazard / risk / control / residual risk) • Risk matrix • Hierarchy of control • PPE requirements • Training & competency requirements • Emergency procedures • Worker sign-off pages • Pre-start safety checklist Standards that should be referenced: • AS/NZS 3000 • AS/NZS 5033 • AS/NZS 4777 • AS/NZS 5139 • WHS Act 2011 • Electrical Safety Act (QLD) Deliverables: • Final document in Word (.docx) • PDF version ready to submit to builders • Clean professional layout with my company logo This SWMS will be used for residential and commercial solar, battery and EV charger installations. I am looking for a graphic designer experienced with Canva workbook design to format two guides I have written. The content is complete and written in Word documents. I need help turning them into clean, professional, parent-friendly Canva workbooks. These resources will be used as digital guides for families navigating the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).
