Description:I am looking for a reliable professional to install new vinyl flooring across a small, open-plan kitchen and dining room to create one continuous, seamless floor.Project Details:Total Space Size: 10 square meters total (this covers both the kitchen area and the dining area combined).Current Floor: The kitchen section currently has old ceramic tiles that need to come up.Materials Provided: I have already purchased the vinyl planks. The planks have built-in underlay included on the back.The task requires:Skirting Board Removal: Carefully removing the skirting boards around the room before fitting, and refitting them afterward so the floor has a clean finish.Tile Uplift: Lifting and removing the existing ceramic tiles from the kitchen section.Waste Disposal: Taking away and properly disposing of all the old tile rubbish and floor debris (must be included in your offer).Floor Levelling: Prepping and levelling the subfloor across the entire 10m² area so there are no lips or uneven drops between the kitchen and dining zones.Fitting: Laying down my vinyl planks across the full 10m².Please state in your offer if your price includes the cost of the levelling compound/screed/adhesive or if I need to purchase it separately.

Looking for someone with genuine experience in concrete driveway repair, bonded screeding or concrete resurfacing for a small driveway in E1. Driveway is approximately 18–20m². The existing concrete slab appears generally solid and level with no major cracking, sinking or broken sections. The main issue is surface deterioration, loose sand/grit/small aggregate and a few locally deeper worn patches. I will do most of the basic preparation beforehand, including pressure washing, sweeping/brushing, removing loose material, cleaning the edges and clearing the preparation waste. I will also be available the whole time to provide help with things like: - carry bags of sand/cement/materials - bring tools/materials - open bags and packaging - keep the working area clear - move buckets - help measure materials under instruction - supply measured water - move mixed material from mixer to application area - clean buckets/tools immediately after use - collect empty bags and debris so please consider this in your quote I need an experienced contractor to: carry out any small amount of additional mechanical preparation needed for proper bonding repair the deeper worn areas apply the correct bonding coat/primer install a suitable vehicle-rated bonded concrete resurfacing/wearing screed finish it in a simple natural grey fine broom finish cure/protect it correctly I can purchase the main materials once we agree the correct system and quantities. You would need to provide your own mixer, tools and finishing equipment. I'm looking to repair and resurface the existing sound slab, rather than demolish the whole driveway. I’m looking for an experienced landscaper or groundworker to prepare and pour a concrete base for a 3 m × 2 m garden office. Approximately half of the footprint is an existing concrete base, with the remaining area excavated and ready to be built up. The aim is to create one continuous, level concrete slab across the full footprint. Job includes: * Check and prepare the existing base. * Compact MOT Type 1 using my Wacker plate. * Construct timber shuttering around the perimeter. * Mix and pour concrete using my cement mixer. * Screed and finish the slab so it is perfectly level and suitable for a garden office. Materials and equipment provided: * Wacker plate compactor * Cement mixer * MOT Type 1 * Ballast * Cement * Timber for the shuttering (already cut to length where required) * Water and electricity Looking for someone with experience laying concrete bases who can ensure the finished slab is level and ready for installation.
