I need a new concrete base/screed laying for a shed 1.8m x 3.6m (base area (3.7m x 2.1m)There is a current concrete base but it has height variation of 60mm across the length This needs to be reduced to a max height variation of 6mm to fit with the garden building supplier's tolerances without elevating the overall height by too much. Contractor needs to fit within this specification. Would benefit from a site visit prior to starting work. Previous attempt to level concrete base with exterior self levelling compound couldn't achieve the required spec. Shed site is situated in back garden which has side access from road for wheelbarrow and materials but probably too small for a mixer. parking permits available and space directly outside house leads to access with 2 steps Please supply quote for the work, evidence of similar tasks successfully completed, timing and how you would approach this.
