Remove one “L” shaped SS work bench, three smaller SS work benches and a metal filing cabinet. Remove one dated exercise bike. All of the items must be removed and disposed of. Parking is available inside the warehouse for easy loading of the items.

They are in the backyard, but I can move them to the front yard, once the date is agreed so that it can be loaded into a trailer,. Some of the pipe may need to be cut due to long lengths.

As you can see there is a lot of boxes and stuff in here that has got out of control. Your job will be to empty all of the contents into the driveway (weather permitting) so you have a clear working space. We have purchased 3 sets of metal shelves for you to assemble and place along the back wall. Once that space is available I will be able to indicate which boxes need to be unpacked and placed on the shelves. I’ll be wanting to keep a record of where each item is placed so I can find them later. As a final tidy up you’ll need to bring the rest of the items back into the garage as neatly as possible. Some of the benches will not be used again but be ready for disposal. If you feel that you deserve more for the job we can always have a chat and negotiate. But we expect someone who will complete the task to high standards. Only apply if you perform in a timely and professional manner. We will be doing a stage 2 with more shelves. If you found the job satisfying by all means apply for the next stage.

We have a site clean that we need to complete before concrete pour prep on Monday next week. Need cardboard and metal gone to anyone who wants to recycle Ware going to get rid off it ourselves worst case so not looking to spend a whole chunk of change on removal.
