30 hours per week. $25/hour increasing to $40/h in 2 months. The price of this task is for a 1-hour initial induction/trial. Hours: - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday. These are days when I am available and can provide input or guidance. You can do an hour on Thursday and Friday just to keep on top of emails. About me: I am working part time in my own business but am also someone with significant disabilities. I have a lot of appointments to manage, complex paperwork to complete and multi-stage projects to be organised. I need someone to help me manage all this via an Asana board. Tasks are things like: - Finding a solicitor - Liaising with solicitor, accountant - Product research (e.g., heater, lighting, computer) - Booking into medical appointments and ensuring that it all goes smoothly (e.g., communicating with me that I need to do X test by Y date; putting things in my calendar and Asana to help me remember) About you: - Bilinguial/native level English - Organised - Reliable (if you don't feel you are a good fit after the initial trial period, please let me know) - Good problem solver I'm a kind and communicative person and hopefully fairly good to work with.

I need a practical assistant to help me shortlist properties, attend opens and auctions with me or as proxy with written authority, coordinate professionals, and keep the process moving. Deliverables: weekly shortlist and status tracker, one-page due-diligence summary per target, contacts list for inspectors, conveyancers, and trades. You: Melbourne based, reliable, clear communicator, comfortable at auctions, strong research skills, confident with Google Sheets, Domain, realestate.com.au, and live web search. Able to use LLMs for rapid research and prompt engineering. Logistics: approx 20 hours per week during search phase, Saturdays required, valid licence and ability to travel to inspections. Rates: 30/hour or negotiable for the right person.
