I'm looking for a reliable, friendly and professional person based in Bristol to conduct property viewings for prospective tenants at two shared houses (HMOs) in Southmead, BS10. The role involves: - Meeting prospective tenants at the properties. - Showing them the available bedrooms and communal areas. - Answering basic questions about the accommodation. - Ensuring the properties are locked and secure afterwards. - Providing brief feedback following each viewing. I will handle all advertising, enquiries, appointment arrangements, referencing and tenancy agreements. You would simply conduct the viewings on my behalf. Ideally looking for someone flexible who can accommodate occasional daytime, evening or weekend viewings, sometimes at short notice. There are currently 9 rooms to let across both properties, so multiple viewings may be required. There is also potential for ongoing work as rooms become available in the future. Previous experience in property lettings would be helpful but isn't essential. Reliability, good communication and professionalism are most important. I'm happy to arrange viewings together where possible to make the work worthwhile. Looking to pay approximately £20–£25 per hour, depending on experience and availability. Please let me know your experience, availability and whether you're interested in ongoing work.
