Currently abroad and need a reliable, professional person to attend scheduled viewings at my property. You will show tenants the available room, answer basic questions using information I provide and send feedback. I will arrange the viewings times. Please do not promise the room or accept money. £100 for up to five separate viewings. Multiple prospective tenants may attend during each visit. Each visit should last up to one hour. I will group appointments when possible, travel is included in the price.

I'm currently looking for a flat in London but am not in the city yet, so I'm looking for someone local who can attend apartment viewings on my behalf. Most of the flats will be in or around Angel / Islington, so ideally you're based nearby or can get to the area easily. I'll arrange the viewing with the estate agent and send you the time and address. You would just need to: Arrive on time and meet the estate agent Film a thorough walkthrough of the entire flat on your phone Film the building entrance/common areas and, if possible, the street immediately outside Show the views from the windows and give me a sense of the natural light Point out anything that looks different from the listing photos or that I should know about Take a few additional photos if useful Send me the videos/photos right after the viewing Give me a quick opinion on the flat and anything you noticed The viewing itself will usually only take around 10–20 minutes. I'm hoping to find one reliable person I can use repeatedly over the next few weeks, potentially for quite a few viewings around Angel, Islington, and nearby areas. You don't need any property experience — I'm mainly looking for someone reliable, communicative, comfortable filming on their phone, and reasonably flexible with viewing times. Budget: Around £20–£30 per viewing. When applying, please let me know roughly where in London you're based and how flexible you generally are during weekdays.
