Advertised price is a per hour rate. We are a small estate agency looking for reliable people to host viewings at our available flats. - We have multiple flats in Raynes Park, Hounslow, Wembley, Brentford and Bracknell. You can cover all of these locations or only some of them. - We will arrange and confirm the appointments. We aim to group multiple viewings on the same day, often for several flats in the same building, so you can show them during one visit. - We will provide the viewing schedule and key information about each flat. Our maintenance team will arrange key handover. - You will welcome prospective tenants, show them the flats and answer basic questions using the information we provide. - Interested applicants should contact our agency directly (not you) about applications and next steps. - After each viewing, you will lock the flat. At the end of the booking, you will return the keys as agreed and send us brief notes on attendance and any questions raised. When we ask you to attend, we will book and pay for a minimum of two hours, even if there are only a few viewings. Some bookings may last longer, up to a full day. The frequency will vary with demand, so we cannot guarantee regular bookings; you are free to accept or decline each one. Please tell us which locations you can cover, your availability, any property viewing or customer-facing experience, and your price for a two-hour booking. Please include travel to the first property in your quote. If a booking requires travel between locations, we will agree that cost with you in advance.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to attend a property viewing in Belfast BT15 3QE on my behalf tomorrow, Friday 11th September, at 1:00 pm. I’d like you to show me the property via WhatsApp video call. The viewing should take around 15–20 minutes — just walk through the property, show me each room, the general condition and the outside area while we are on the call. No professional survey is required, just a clear video walkthrough.

Hi, I'm looking for someone based in Belfast to do a live video call (WhatsApp) walkthrough of rental properties on my behalf, since I'm not able to attend in person. You'd need to meet the letting agent at the property at the arranged time, walk through each room showing me the space and condition, and give me your honest impression of the property and the immediate street/area. I'll pay £30 per viewing. Happy to discuss timing and specific properties once we connect.

Hi, I'm relocating to London from Morocco in September to start my MSc, and I'm currently unable to visit a property in person before deciding whether to rent it. I need someone based in or near London to attend a viewing at a property on Prestwood Street / Wenlock Road, N1 on my behalf. The task would involve: Attending the viewing at a scheduled time (to be coordinated with the landlord) Confirming the property and landlord are legitimate (i.e. the flat exists, matches the listing, and the person showing it is who they claim to be) Taking clear photos and/or a short video walkthrough of the room, shared spaces, and general condition of the flat Asking a few basic questions on my behalf (e.g. move-in flexibility, bills, deposit protection scheme) — I'll provide a short list beforehand Sharing your honest impressions of the neighborhood — general safety, whether it feels welcoming/comfortable, if there are nearby pubs/bars that might mean noise at night, and overall noise levels around the property (traffic, nightlife, etc.) A quick call or message afterward to walk me through everything I'll coordinate the appointment time with the landlord and share their contact details once a Tasker is confirmed. Ideally looking for someone available within the next 1–2 days.
