I am looking for a reliable person to attend a property in Weston-super-Mare (BS23) and complete a straightforward Health & Safety home visit on my behalf. The task will involve: • Visiting the property at an agreed date and time • Completing a Health & Safety checklist provided by me • Taking clear photographs of key areas of the home • Identifying and reporting any obvious health and safety concerns • Returning the completed checklist and photographs electronically The visit is expected to take approximately 1HR. Experience in property inspections, inventories, housing, social care or similar roles would be beneficial, but is not essential. I will provide the checklist, guidance and contact details prior to the visit.

The job is to be in the property until a property valuation Agent arrives to inspect the home upon arrival to ensure that they are able to access all areas of the house to perform the valuation and to communicate points given before hand, the valuation can take place from 8 AM until 6 PM, however, it is likely to end much earlier, but in case it doesn't, you will need to be at the property until the valuation is complete.
