I am in luxury brands retail industry, looking for a reliable, very organised and detail-oriented Part-time Personal Bookkeeper / Excellent level Excel Assistant to help manage day-to-day financial records and maintain clear, accurate Excel spreadsheets. This is not a complex accounting or tax position. The main focus is keeping everyday financial records organised and up to date. Main Responsibilities * Enter daily/weekly income and expenses into Excel * Maintain and organise cash-flow records * Organise receipts and invoices * Categorise income and expenses * Check records for missing or duplicate entries * Reconcile basic records where required * Maintain clear and well-structured Excel spreadsheets * Prepare a simple monthly income and expense summary * Help improve and maintain an easy-to-use Excel bookkeeping system Requirements * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Previous bookkeeping, accounts assistant or financial administration experience preferred * Very accurate and detail-oriented * Well organised and reliable * Comfortable handling confidential financial information * Able to work independently * Good communication skills * Ideally lives in or close to SW1 / Central London * Able to attend in person 2/3 time a week when required, once settled can be Work at home remotely. 10-15 hour / week + No complex tax returns or advanced accounting work is required. If you have Sales skill is a plus. I am looking for someone trustworthy and dependable for a long-term working relationship. When applying, please briefly provide: 1. I’m looking for someone to help clear rubbish and clean the toilet in two mostly empty rooms in Manchester city centre. There were more empty than the pictures when you arrive please noticed that.
