Hi all, I sublet my one bed flat for a few months every year and looking for a regular person who can help me with maintaining the standard when I'm away. This will include: changeover cleaning, liaising with laundry heap/another laundry company for linen changeover, topping up things like bin bags, washing up liquid, soap etc and I would love someone who could be on hand for minor occasional guest issues like getting locked out, struggling with the boiler etc (would pay this separately). I have done turnovers with a cleaning company in the past but I'm looking for a more personal relationship with someone who knows the flat and for a bit more involvement than just a standard clean. I'd love someone regular that I can trust who can keep the flat in great condition for guests and keep in touch with me on what is needed (for example if the oven/fridge needs a deep clean). Would love to discuss on a call with anyone interested. Must speak B1 or higher English, or French. (My French is B1-B2 so bear with me). Please note price is per hour but we can discuss.
