Commercial Lawyer Required – Urgent Property Delivery Dispute We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to urgently assist our company with a property delivery dispute involving our delivery driver, a subcontractor, and company-owned property. We also require ongoing legal advice in relation to this matter. Scope of Work 1. Formal Letter to Subcontractor • Prepare and issue a formal legal letter to the subcontractor currently in possession of our company property. • Inform the subcontractor that police are now involved and the matter is under investigation. • Demand immediate cooperation to resolve the dispute. • Require written confirmation that the property is undamaged, supported by evidence (photos and/or videos if applicable). • Request a professional, itemised invoice that aligns with the original agreement and reflects reasonable and lawful pricing. • Formally notify the subcontractor that our company will collect the property from the current location he has identified, and that no further delivery services are required or authorised. 2. Formal Letter to Original Delivery Driver • Prepare and issue a formal legal letter to our original delivery driver who transferred our company property to a subcontractor without proper authorisation. • Demand a refund of the initial deposit paid due to breach of the delivery agreement. • Formally notify him that he will be held responsible if the property is damaged, withheld, or not returned, including potential liability for resulting losses and legal consequences. Additional Notes • Police have already been contacted and advised that this matter may involve criminal elements and that legal representation should be sought. • All documentation, invoices, screenshots, and relevant records will be provided. • We require a lawyer who can act promptly, communicate clearly, provide legal advice on this matter, and issue a professional invoice for services rendered.

There are 12 statements (around 10 pages each) and I need specific transaction details redacted so they can’t reveal where I spend time. Redaction rules: Specific venues or identifiable local businesses (e.g., Melbourne Bowling Club) → redact the entire merchant name. Large national chains with a suburb/city (e.g., Coles Melbourne) → redact only the location, not the chain name. Businesses whose brand name includes a place name (e.g., Café de Melbourne) → redact the entire name. Location abbreviations (MEL, MELB, MLB, airport codes, etc.) → redact. Personal names: If I pay a person or a person pays me, their name must be fully redacted, except for two specific names I will provide, which must stay visible. Keep visible: transaction dates, amounts, and generic bank codes. PDFs should be returned cleanly and consistently redacted.
