I am looking for someone experienced and practical to prepare the base and assemble a GeoDomeX Standard 3.5m rigid polycarbonate garden dome in my garden in Stanmore HA7. The work involves: • Preparing a level area approximately 3.6m x 3.6m • Laying paving slabs properly and completely level • Preparing the necessary sub-base/bedding for the slabs • Assembling the complete 3.5m GeoDomeX Standard dome • Installing the sliding door correctly • Anchoring the dome securely into the finished paved base using the supplied brackets/fixings The dome manufacturer stresses that the base must be completely level because an uneven base can affect the sliding-door alignment. I intend to supply the paving slabs and required base materials. Please let me know before the job exactly what quantities/materials you would require. The GeoDomeX itself is supplied as a labelled DIY kit and the manufacturer estimates approximately 4–6 hours for assembly of the Standard model. Exact product: https://www.geodomex.co.uk/?variant=55782488998272 Please look at the product before making an offer so you understand the size and construction. I am looking for a fixed price for the complete job — base preparation and paving, dome assembly and final anchoring. Budget: £200

My front garden sits right behind a busy bus stop, so it gets treated as part of the waiting area. Kids sit on the pillars and the gate, people lean on the railings, and litter gets pushed through the fencing or rolls in underneath. I'd like it cleared, sealed off and made properly private. The main job is a solid 3D artificial hedge, 2m tall and about 45 to 50cm deep so it sits flush with the brick pillars. It's a proper block like a clipped hedge, not a flat screen. It would run directly behind the brick walls and metal railings in two sections either side of the gate: one along the railing facing the communal entrance, and one along the street wall by my front window and the bus stop, through to next door. It needs shaping neatly into the corners and around the pillars, and anchoring to the paving rather than fixing to the building. Alongside that: Remove all weeds from the paving, drainage channels and wall bases, and clear the litter Patch the gaps in the metal railings and close off the gap underneath, as none of it reaches the ground Fit non-harmful anti-sit deterrents to the brick pillar tops and along the top of the railings Anti-sit and anti-lean on the gate, plus more privacy on it, which I'm happy to talk through on site The gateway, the manhole cover and the drainage channel all need to stay clear. Please quote for supply and fit, including materials. You're very welcome to come and measure first. Thank you!

Need an experienced paving/landscaping person to cut a narrow channel through existing paving for an irrigation water pipe conduit, then reinstate the paving neatly afterwards. The job involves lifting/cutting the paving carefully, creating the channel, allowing the pipe/conduit to be laid at the correct depth, and making good so the finished area looks tidy and level. Looking for someone who has the right cutting tools and experience working with paving. Materials for the irrigation pipe/conduit can be supplied.
