Hi! I’m hosting a birthday party at my family home in Caroline Springs on Friday 18th October for around 25–30 guests. I need a reliable, organised person to help with food setup and management so I can enjoy the night without worrying. PREFERABLY Indian as food is Indian What you’ll be doing: Assist in setting up catering and street food dishes (mix of catered food + bulk pickup dishes). Use/rent chafing dishes (already arranged) and refill trays as needed. Keep food warm and topped up (momos, chicken tikka, chowmein, grazing table, etc.). Help tidy serving areas during the evening. Light pack-down at the end (collect plates/trays, ensure nothing burns out).
