Painter & Decorator Needed – Exterior Fence, Windows & Back of apartment. Small space. Have added photos. Please check for context We’re looking for an experienced painter/decorator to help refresh the exterior of our home. The job includes: • Painting the garden fence • Painting all exterior window frames • Painting the lower section (base/skirting) of the exterior walls (we’ve painted the two walls so just the skirting on those needs to be done) • Painting the full back wall of the house including door and (where the windows are) it’s a small terrace. We have a clear vision for the colours and overall look and are aiming for a clean, high end finish so attention to detail is really important. Details: • Location: West London • All areas are easily accessible • We can provide all paint • Some prep may be required (cleaning, sanding, priming where needed) Looking for someone who: • Has strong experience with exterior painting • Is reliable and communicative. This task will be filmed for social media, as I want to share my experience using Airtasker, so you must be comfortable being on camera. You would also be given a T-shirt to wear on the day. I’m looking for an experienced painter to repaint the exterior walls of my house. Please refer to the attached photos for the full scope and condition. The property is a two-storey house with rendered walls, including front, sides, and rear. There are bay windows, a small porch area, and an extension at the back. Some areas show signs of weathering, staining, and minor cracks, so proper preparation will be important. Scope of Work: Clean and prepare all exterior walls (including light pressure washing if needed) Fill minor cracks and imperfections Apply suitable exterior masonry paint (weatherproof) Ensure neat cutting around windows, doors, pipes, and fixtures Protect surrounding areas (windows, paving, etc.) Full clean-up after completion Materials & Tools: Please supply all necessary tools and equipment (ladders/scaffolding, brushes/rollers, prep tools, etc.) Please also supply high-quality exterior masonry paint (happy to discuss colour and brand before starting) Additional Notes: Access is available around the property Some areas are at height, so appropriate safety equipment is required Looking for a clean, long-lasting finish Please provide your quote, timeline, and details of similar work you’ve completed.

Looking for an experienced painter/decorator or general builder to carry out the following work to the front exterior of a terraced house in Brent, London. Scope of Work: Window Restoration & Painting: - Repair: One ground floor window has significant rot in the bottom rail (see photos). This requires digging out the soft wood and either splicing in new timber or using a high-quality two-part resin repair system. - Prep & Paint: Sand down and prep ground floor window frames and sills at the front of the house to remove weathering/organic growth, and finish with a full repaint in white exterior paint. Front Door & Entrance: - Door: Fill minor chips/scratches, sand, and carry out a full repaint. - Door Surround: Repair a large vertical crack in the masonry/render to the left of the door. Note the rust staining; this needs a stable repair to prevent the crack from returning. - Threshold: Address the gap/deterioration beneath the front door sill and repaint the ledge directly below it. Utility Cupboard: - Prep & Paint: Thoroughly sand down and repaint the exterior utility box cupboard to protect against further weather damage. Repaint and clean Tudor gable (front of house) I’m looking for someone to clean and repaint the small Tudor-style gable at the front of my house (the black wooden beams and white panels above the bay window). Tasks required: • Clean the existing surfaces to remove dirt. - maybe some wood filler to do gaps and sand. • Repaint the black wooden beams with exterior black paint • Repaint the white panels between the beams with exterior white paint • Leave the area clean and tidy after the job The area is relatively small but located on the upper front of the house, so you will need a ladder and appropriate equipment to work safely. Please include preparation, painting, and clean up in your offer.
