Need a handyman/carpenter (or pest-proofing specialist) to properly mouse-proof my apartment by sealing entry gaps around kitchen appliances. I’m getting small mouse droppings every 2-3 days (mainly near/under the couch). I keep the apartment very clean (no food left out, dishes cleaned nightly, food stored in cupboards/fridge). I’m not looking for baiting, I want physical exclusion so they can’t enter. Please: - Inspect likely entry/exit points in kitchen (appliance voids). - Seal gaps under the oven and dishwasher kickboards/toe-kick area (visible gaps at the bottom). - Provide a permanent solution with a clean, neat finish. - Preferred solutions (depending on your assessment) - Stainless/aluminium mesh fixed in place (not loose stuffing) - Brush strip / door-sweep style seals or kickboard trims - Aluminium threshold/angle/plate where needed - Heat-appropriate sealant near oven (if required) * Must be rodent-proof (no rubber-only solutions; no expanding foam as the primary barrier) * Needs to look tidy and be securely fastened * Please supply materials or specify what materials cost extra * Apartment access is easy; can share photos of the gaps beforehand
