Hi there. I’m seeking a fully licensed electrician / appliance technician with gas fitting capability (or a team) to complete items for a property in Berwick VIC 3806. Scope of works: 1. Diagnose and repair Bellini electric oven (60 cm wide, 59 cm tall) 2. Shed power point has failed polarity testing, rectify problem and retest to ensure compliance 3. Repair or replace faulty laundry exhaust fan (200–250mm) 4. Replace PTR valve (in picture) and pipe insulation on hot water system (no problem with the current one, it's just old) Requirements: - Must be licensed and able to issue compliance certificates after job is done and provide warranty for work completed - Experience with rental compliance work - Provide clear pricing if any additional costs apply. oven making a high pitched squeaking noise when running. Oven works perfectly otherwise. No performance or heating issues. I suspect the rear fan may be loose or need adjustment but I am not certain. Looking for someone experienced with ovens to inspect, diagnose, and advise or fix if possible. This should be a quick and straightforward job. Access is easy and I am flexible on timing.
