Ideally require an all-rounder tradesman for K&B demolition to prep for reno, i can assist. Small 3x1 ground floor unit in strata Complex. Removal of wall and floor tiles, cabinets, benchtops, sink, disable and removal of oven/gas hob. Shower-Bath & vanity removal. Shared residents skip bin on site, but can arrange for a skip if required. Need done asap (this week -commencing 23rd Feb!) but also flexible. Looking for a qualified appliance technician (licensed electrician preferred) to diagnose and repair an Omega OBO960XB built-in electric oven. Issue: The control panel is malfunctioning. The child lock keeps re-activating itself and the oven gets stuck in automatic cooking mode. The knobs become unresponsive and the oven won’t operate normally. I am aware that the actual cost will be on site, however please initially provide me the maximum approx.quote.
