You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours)on days specified in your confirmation. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone, in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. This task does involve you buying your prescription meds so please only proceed reading/applying for this task if you have a prescription from your doctor to buy the medication. The prescription can be for someone else. You will need to visit the pharmacy, assess the presentation of the pharmacy and service that you receive. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the pharmacy from the various staff members that you interact with. What’s the job We need reliable walkers to deliver flyers across Reservoir VIC 3073 (with spillover to nearby suburbs if required). Do not deliver to any letterbox marked “No Junk Mail / No Advertising Material”. Rate $65 per 1,000 letterboxes delivered (ex-NJM) We’ll post multiple 1,000-lot tasks and assign several walkers. Take 1–5 lots depending on your capacity. Payment: released per 1,000 after proof is verified. Proof required (non-negotiable) GPS tracking via Strava or Map My Walk (upload GPX or clear screenshots showing streets, date & time). Quick photo of the flyer bundle at start and end of your run. Simple tally (streets covered + approximate letterbox count). Random audits will be done; no payment for dumps, repeats, or NJM breaches. Pickup & logistics Flyers collected from our Reservoir area depot (address provided on assignment). Typical bundle size: ~1,000 per lot (carry in a satchel or trolley). Apartments/gated sites only where access is lawful and signage allows. Must-haves Fit to walk long distances; careful with signage; professional & responsive on chat.
