We run a financial planning business and are currently sending prospective clients a Word document for them to complete and provide us with their personal data such as names, dates of birth, assets, loans, insurance details, etc. This is proving cumbersome for some clients who would prefer to simply select a link on their phone or computer which we think may be a more efficient way of completing this. We don't have the time or skills to put this together however would like to be able to have something that looks clean and professional and is user friendly and also has our branding on it. We operate using purely Microsoft programs, so I would like to build this using Microsoft Forms.

The system includes 5 core modules: 1) Supplier Information, 2) Third-party and Internal Audit Records, 3) Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), 4) Supplier Training Logs, and 5) Environmental Data Tracking. Features must include: structured data input forms, document uploads (Word, Excel, PDF, image), filter and search functions, automated email reminders (for CAP and audit due dates), Microsoft excel export, and data accessible in the backend. Interface will follow the wireframe sketches provided and support only desktop browser access (no mobile version needed). All business logic and data fields are predefined.
