Location: Deliver to SE9 Budget: £20 per hour (for labour) + Cost of all groceries. About the Job: I am looking for a reliable home cook or personal chef to batch-cook 3 midweek dinners for me. My nutrition is highly specific, so attention to detail is essential. I am looking for someone to cook these meals at their own home, box them up, and deliver them to my house on either Sunday or Monday. The Food Rules: - No UPF. Everything must be made from scratch using whole ingredients (e.g., no jarred sauces with emulsifiers, no seed oils, no refined sugars). - No Sourdough. - No Liquid/Soft Dairy. (No milk, cream, mozzarella, or soft cheese. Hard, aged cheeses like Cheddar and Parmesan are fine). How the Portioning Works: For each of the 3 meals, I will give you my exact gram requirements for my portion (e.g., exactly 200g cooked chicken, 300g cooked rice). You will weigh out my specific portion using a digital kitchen scale and put it in a labeled container. The remaining excess food from the batch goes into a separate container. Example Meals Expected: The meals are simple, hearty, whole-food recipes that store well in the fridge. Examples include: - Beef Bolognese: Lean ground beef in a homemade tomato and vegetable sauce, served with pasta. - Roast Chicken and Vegetables: Chicken roasted with root vegetables (sweet potatoes or squash) and broccoli, tossed in olive oil and spices. - Chicken and Rice Bowls: Grilled chicken, peppers, and onions, served alongside a large batch of cooked rice (components stored separately). Logistics & Pay: I will pay £20 per hour for your time (shopping, cooking). Groceries: I will pay for all ingredients separately by reimbursing your receipts. I'm recovering from a spinal injury, and need some help prepping my weekly meals. I've got all the meals planned out, I just need someone to get the ingredients from a supermarket (can figure out the best way to do this when we chat), then come back to my flat, cook everything, & portion it into boxes. The amount would be 7 big meals total, & portioning 7 sets of raw smoothie ingredients (no cooking required, just measuring into bags for freezing). The meals themselves are keto, and very simple - think meat and vegetables simple - so nothing crazy. My kitchen has everything you'd need to do the prep, so no need to bring anything else. Hi, I’m looking for a reliable and experienced cleaner for a weekly clean of our home in Wandsworth. We are in a first-floor apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, a living room, kitchen with open-plan sitting area. I’m looking for someone thorough, trustworthy, punctual, and careful with belongings. This is not just a quick surface clean. I need someone who takes pride in detail and can keep the home properly maintained each week. The job would be around 4 hours per week, ideally on the same day each week.
